Small Cells World Summit 2019

Small Cell Forum was proud to organize and host Small Cells World Summit 2019 – the small cell industry’s annual global learning and networking event. Covid-19 scuppered our plans for 2020, but program and participation are shaping up well for May 2021.

A milestone in 2019-20 membership year, this two-day conference, held in London, was a one-stop-shop for all things small cells, Wi-Fi, DAS and IoT as the technologies enabling network densification, coverage and capacity. Attended by global mobile operators, and representatives from across the small cell eco-system, from vendors to neutral hosts, Small Cells World Summit proved to be a genuine hub for open industry debate and knowledge-sharing. So much so in fact, that the sessions and their conclusions played a significant role in the development of our 2019-20 work program.

The Summit is also the home of the SCF Small Cell Awards Gala Dinner and presentations, hosted by SCF CEO Sue Monahan, recognizing industry excellence across a range of categories.

Like so much else, the SCF Small Cell Awards 2020 will now be a virtual ceremony and the next Small Cells World Summit is planned to take place in London, 11-12 May 2021.

450 delegates

Service providers of every flavor, including MNOs, neutral hosts and private network providers

47 speakers across 8 sessions

We're especially proud of this event because it was one of the best in our history and organized in a just a few weeks (after the original organizer pulled out of the telecom market). This video offers up some of the highlights and a little of the vibe. We hope to see you at SCWS 2021.
